GBUpdated Review - Waiting for order to arrive. I placed an online order #2519 on January 1st. Had some issues, but with Richard Logis' help, we should be receiving our order soon. Richard was very helpful with explaining the issues that occurred with my order. He will handle the order himself to be sure there are no other problems. We will watch for order to arrive. He is a very nice man. Thank you Richard. (I will update this review upon conclusion of order.)

GBExcellent overall. I had a very positive experience with RJL. I was able to find a set of headphones that were in stock and ready to ship that I had been unable to find elsewhere (Amazon was 7 weeks for shipping!) There was some slight confusion on my end regarding order status, but a phone call and email (answered within an hour) cleared things right up. Every employee I spoke with was friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend RJL to anyone that needs quality electronics and outstanding service. Thanks again, RJL!

GBAfter 3 weeks of waiting for my product … After 3 weeks of waiting for my product I decided to e-mail them to see where my item was. I did not receive a response after 2 days. I then called. I was told that my product was in stock but did not ship and he did not know why. What I did get promptly was the invoice and paid it immediately. Very poor service

GBI bought a laptop from RJL on … I bought a laptop from RJL on 3.28.2017. Waited too long to have it shipped, so I called to cancel. The person on the phone said that they don't ship to residential addresses and that my order hadn't even been processed. In addition, my order had been flagged for fraud which it was not. If it was "flagged for fraud" why was I not informed and why was my order not immediately canceled and the money immediately returned? Also, I have no idea why it was "flagged for fraud". I hope that if a person actually DOES use a fraudulent card, that the company has the audacity to actually contact the CC or banking company to inform the CC holder. Never will do business again and highly discourage anyone else from using RJL.

GBProblems Solved Review Update: I previously wrote "We ordered a barcode program exactly one week ago. We already have the software. All we need is the activation code. You can't tell me that it takes an entire week to get an activation code and email it to us. If I waited a week to send products out to my customers I wouldn't have any left." Since then, the customer service here has been exceptional. The delay in shipping was due to the software "manufacturer" not RJL. And the guys at RJL went above and beyond to get the info we needed. The mark of a great company is not whether mistakes are made, but how they are handled. In this instance, I could not have asked for more. Way to win my loyalty!
