Disgusting emails and calls I’ve been receiving emails about a delinquent payment in my account. I spoke to several people about this situation. I spoke to Patrick one time this morning and he took care of the problem and resolved the issue in minutes. Great job Patrick.

He was understanding and helpful at the same time by understanding my concern. So much so he worked out a great deal and adjustment that I was extremely grateful for. This is a scam 100% This is a scam. Please do not fall for it like I did. I received several letters in the mail about extending my car warranty so I decided to call and I fell for the trick. After further research and my bank flagging the payment, I came to that realization. Also, the rep, “Nick Fost”, called me about why the payment didn’t go through and said “Hi, this is Nick from Forever Home!” When I asked him if this was Eleras Automotive Group or Forever Home, he said “Eleras Automotive Group, my bad”, can you say fraudulent??? Don’t be fooled y’all! And s/o to my bank for flagging for it!
