Extended car warranty Jessica showed me that after the next 2 payments my coverage would continue for the next 3 yrs payment free, and she was able to make it such that I didn’t have to pay the next 2 payments. Therefore, I would be free of payments from today onward till my policy ends in 3 years. She was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. She also compared my policy to that of another company. Cancellation I purchased this extended warranty for my vehicle but I realized I did not need it. I called and spoke with Jessica Lewis and she was able to cancel my policy without any harassments or hassle. Jessica was very professional and courteous.

My experience with eleras group… My experience with Eleras group has been great, for the most part. Had an issue with my warranty contract and wasn’t aware of certain terms and conditions. I was able to get in contact with Tory K. and the manager Graig S.!! They both were able to resolve my issue and corrected the problem. They showed exceptional customer service and remained extremely professional.
