I fell for the instagram videos and ordered I then saw all the bad reviews I told the company and they said I need to return to USA with traceable postage so it’s more than the product cost for me I reminded them of the cost of this and they said not to worry then my can then send me some more. What’s the point of returning something not fit for purpose costing me a fortune to be sent the same thing again? Where’s the distance selling regulations and consumer rights gone?

Love the product, love the customer service! Love this dry shampoo! I have gone three EXTRA days without washing my hair which speeds up my morning routine substantially. I had a question about the product and received the friendliest reply within a few hours of my email. Will continue to order and will happily continue to support this company!
