Iv purchased a few different things from kitsch and can't praise them enough. Products are excellent and postage (to the UK) is quick and arrives in about a week.

Customer service on par with their amazing products I 100% agree with other comments about the products, they are absolutely fantastic. Aside from their products, their customer service is just as good.. efficient and swift. I had an issue where i was ‘charged’ for a product i didnt actually buy. Whilst in contact with customer service i realised i had set up a monthly subscription from my previous order in error. Not only did Kitsch get back to me very quickly, but they resolved the problem, cancelled the order and refunded me and got my bank details taken off their system - super fast. This is not to say i dont like their products so canceled, i simply didnt need that particular monthly subscription and they were great at resolving. They were friendly, patient and goal focused. An amazing woman-only team achieving wonders! I would 100% recommend the products and the company ethos as a whole. Thank you kitsch! Keep doing what you’re doing!

Great customer service! I had a little trouble with the order I received, just the wrong item and I emailed to let them know and received a response in minutes! I was promptly apologized to for the inconvenience and questioned as to whether I would like an immediate refund or the right item before being directed to someone who could help in that area. Once I said I would like the item they set right to work getting things straightened out and were kind and helpful! In the end I was told to keep the wrong item for free and they were sending the correct one immediately! I cannot remember when I’ve been treated so well with customer service and with such speed and quality. Much appreciated!!

Top Notch Customer Service and fab product! Just received my first order from Kitsch and have to say their customer service is absolutely top notch. From Lesley who texted me asking if she could help me complete my order to emails keeping me informed of tracking my purchase. Such an efficient, smooth process from ordering to receiving within a week from US to Canada. Love the product, love the customer service! Love this dry shampoo! I have gone three EXTRA days without washing my hair which speeds up my morning routine substantially. I had a question about the product and received the friendliest reply within a few hours of my email. Will continue to order and will happily continue to support this company!
