I published three books with them… I published three books with them between 2012 and 2015 and even sold a few. All have an ISBN. I wondered why none had sold lately and much to my surprise bookpatch has taken my books out of print and are now requesting additional items. When i try to do as they have requested their computer system won't let me or it tells me the item is already there. I have had no luck in contacting them. I am uncertain as to what my next step it.

Between us, we got the file into printing shape, and the issue (which had been on our end, not theirs) was resolved. They're responsive, cheerful, knowledgeable, articulate, and eager to go the extra mile for the right result. And they're also economical! Amazing prices Amazing prices, no minimum, so easy to use,everything was perfect. customer service was responsive and helpful. Compared to other places that I looked into for printing a pdf translation of a foreign only book, It would have costed more than double, or I would have had to print 10-100 books. The customization process was so simple too and well done. pretty fast print time.

Outstanding Outstanding! Very easy and great product. Our books came pretty quick and looked great. We printed 10 galley copies and were pleased… the pages were crisp white and overall great quality! Worst customer service experience First time printing with them based on great reviews. Yes setting up the book is easy, downhill from there. Took forever to get the books. High quality paper but poor quality format on the cover/spine. In January they promised to fix it and get back to me. Still waiting. No one answers the phone or responds to email. Find another source.
