GBAs a "way up there" senior I have… As a "way up there" senior I have difficulties with much of the computer terminology and following the step-by-step instructions in preparation for self publishing. My own Microsoft Word 2007 is not the most current version and that's where I ran into trouble. My first concern was following the program when I thought my tools were current. At first my requests for help were answered, then later I felt rather neglected. The Book Patch phones do not answer even when the site says someone is available to speak to a customer. Finally my questions/frustrations have been answered and I have a copy of my book.

GBThese gals/guys have it dialed in These gals/guys have it dialed in! Super easy website, reasonable pricing, quick turnaround, and quality books come out the other end! And super fast, personal customer service on the off-chance you actually need help. Glad I found them - have done multiple books and multiple orders.

GBInexpensive Quality Book Printing I have printed 4 books so far (in various quantities). I write them for family and friends so I don't have any experience selling them through their bookstore. All of the books have been very satisfactory. The printing is clear, the formatting is perfect, the binding is sturdy, the paper quality is much better than I expected. My friend and family have loved the books. I plan to keep using TheBookPatch.

GBBeyond helpful and marvelous to a beginning author Both The Book Patch software and supporting staff have been most helpful as I bumble my way through the steep learning curve around self publishing. This is a very forgiving site because you can make a mistake, fix it and learn. There is no penalty for being a beginner. I am so grateful for the opportunity to see my works come to life.

GBBookpatch is a great vehicle for our press! Bookpatch is a great vehicle for our small press, and has made a difference in our ability to bring good work to an audience. Unlike with others, we can look at a small sample of a printed book to make final changes before ordering a lot fo copies. Yes — others give tear sheets, but the actual look and feel is missing. Also, the turnaround is good, and the overhead fees are relatively small.
