Never have I dealt with this level of… Never have I dealt with this level of incompetence before. Not only were the illustrations not in color, they even had the pdf markings on them. Don't pay them with anything that won't be able to be re-credited for a refund, you'll need it. Use a local printer- you'll be better off. Just google one, they are every where. The BBB won't even acknowledge them-what does that tell you?

Couldn't Be Happier! We were compiling our son's poetry and when it came time to actually think about publishing it, in book form, we were overwhelmed. I searched around for online book publishers and found TheBookPatch. Their online setup was pretty straight forward and the few questions I had were answered promptly by their support team (thanks Kathy). When we finally pushed the "publish" button it only took a little over a week to get the finished copies. The books turned out perfect and we were amazed at the quality of the finished product. The other amazing thing was the low cost of each book!

We are receiving responses from the customers regarding the great quality of the book. Shipping was fast. We did not receive a shipping notice when our proof shipped but it showed up on 5 days.

Inexpensive Quality Book Printing I have printed 4 books so far (in various quantities). I write them for family and friends so I don't have any experience selling them through their bookstore. All of the books have been very satisfactory. The printing is clear, the formatting is perfect, the binding is sturdy, the paper quality is much better than I expected. My friend and family have loved the books. I plan to keep using TheBookPatch.
