It is worth every dollar for the features I get from ActiveCampaign So far it is a great tool to manage my mailing list and have an easy-to-control campaign manager. Easy to set up and easy to embed into my website which requires minimum technological knowledge And it is an affordable solution in the market

I live in a gated community in the mountains I live in a gated community in the mountains of North Georgia, we use active campaign to communicate with our over 350 owners, only about 200 currently live in the community. The rest are lot owners. The fact that AC produces reports that show how many are opening emails and have clicked on links, helps us to know how to produce good emails and email titles that encourage people to open the emails.

We like their services We like their services and use it for our business since a few years. The only 2 down sides from our perspective is high pricing and the platforms dashboard is really hard to manage if you don't use it daily. It's hard to find what you need. On the other hand, their tools are really powerful and we like the way you can copy and paste pre-built automations. Absolutely top-notch is their customer service as you have free onboarding, a person who answers all questions and even gives you tips to get started. Once you encounter an issue, their CS is a bit slow but email marketing is not a tool where you need 24/7 immediate help. Compared to other providers their service is really great but on the higher price end as well.

They take your money after cancelling the service! Tried Active Campaign in the past, it was overly complicated and the login system was so unnecessarily complicated that i believe they purposely try to make it impossible to cancel accounts. Just realized I've been charged $4,488 for a service I have not been using! Scammers!

OH NO! Total waste of time - it's garbage! There were a plethora of AI emails when I signed up for the 14 day free trial. Upon trying get to the information and accessing "my account" I kept getting the same errors, email incorrect etc. I replied to the emails from my inbox, tried reaching support and I didn't receive a single response. So happy I didn't go any further! I've used their competitors with success for years. I'm going back with a known entity. My suggestion is to stick with a tried and true expert!
