GBEasy. Intuitive. Our team of about 30+ have been using Monday.com for nearly 4 months launching it with a Maintenance Request system. After spending years on other programs trying to create a system which all levels of skill set would use and be comfortable with, we've finally found it. We have great team interaction with a very broad understanding of what all needs to be done, how the work load is dispersed, and an actionable tool to manage the information.

GBA dream for organization! Monday.com is a very helpful tool I use in recruiting. I am able to manage my pipeline easily with automated emails, setting appointments, and keeping all candidate information in one place. It is extremely user friendly and my agency will start using this service clients as well. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to organize their business.

GBSupport is now awful Support is now awful. We have used Monday.com for years but over the past few days we have experienced truly awful support. No phone number to call, slow almost unusable chat, a failing ticketing system and a response time to major issues that is simply not acceptable. So sad. Used to be good but not any more

IEHidden Fees kills good product! Hidden Fees kills good product! No matter how good the product is, their hidden Fees and pricing will destroy any positive thoughts about. Read carefully their pricing structure. They will make you buy products which you don`t even use and there is no way to remove/delete them. So if you use only CRM they will make you buy their management product which you never use. So the product becomes very expensive.

BEThey limit you in every single way They limit you in every single way, functionalities, drop down lists..you name it. Surprisingly, there is always an external app that can provide you the solution! But you got to pay for it :) Monday.com's marketing strategy is to lure you in and whenever you need more, you got to pay. It's a shame. Also, do not fall for their weekly or monthly feedback meetings. They have ZERO intention of helping you with your problems but they rather use this information to create more paid apps.
