GBEasy. Intuitive. Our team of about 30+ have been using Monday.com for nearly 4 months launching it with a Maintenance Request system. After spending years on other programs trying to create a system which all levels of skill set would use and be comfortable with, we've finally found it. We have great team interaction with a very broad understanding of what all needs to be done, how the work load is dispersed, and an actionable tool to manage the information.

DEWe use monday CRM and I cant recommend… We use monday CRM and I cant recommend it. It has nice features, but at the end, they are useless, because loading speed is horrible. You cant open a dashboard / a lead in under 10-15 seconds. So nobody wants to use this tool.

GBBeware Beware! They have been taking extra money out of my account without my approval or knowledge. At first, they denied it but they are now backtracking and have agreed to refund some of the money. Apparently, it was all down to a "technical issue". I agree with what people are saying about poor customer service. They didn't want to help until I took it further. They don't respond to reviews which says a lot about them as a company. Anyway, I would consider looking elsewhere as these guys are very sneaky and to be honest, the product is getting a bit dated.

BRBefore and after Monday.com Since we implemented Monday.com in our company, we have taken our information management to a new level. Sometimes, it only takes a few minutes to implement a new process, which would have taken us days or weeks without Monday.com. This agility is definitely one of our strengths today. We are even developing apps and connectors through Monday's API to simplify access to all the information we have and integrate it with other data.

GBThis is the best program for companies… This is the best program for companies who need to track any type of project, order or system. I use Monday every day for my job and it is honestly my life line to keep things straight. We've created a tracker for follow ups to keep us in line and up to date with customers. The fully customizable features are what set this company apart from others and the fact that they are always adding new features and add on programs.
