DEA fully flexible CRM I was looking for a fully flexible interface where we can manage all our different brands: B2B and D2C. The self-learning sessions and tutorials were very helpful so that even non tech-savvy users could easily manage everything within just a few clicks. It was a big step in terms of marketing and sales automation. The staff was very helpful, patient and a great strategic sparring partner. With the usage of Monday we were able to build a strong base so that we can now create scalable results.

GBA dream for organization! Monday.com is a very helpful tool I use in recruiting. I am able to manage my pipeline easily with automated emails, setting appointments, and keeping all candidate information in one place. It is extremely user friendly and my agency will start using this service clients as well. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to organize their business.

DEWe use monday CRM and I cant recommend… We use monday CRM and I cant recommend it. It has nice features, but at the end, they are useless, because loading speed is horrible. You cant open a dashboard / a lead in under 10-15 seconds. So nobody wants to use this tool.

GBTask Dynamo! This UI is somethin' else, I tell ya! It's downright professional and easy as pie to get around, especially for a crazy team. Keepin' tabs on tasks, spotting any hiccups in the plan, and setting deadlines that make sense - it's all right at your fingertips. This tool's a real winner, no doubt about it!

GBConstantly nagging for more money, not useful enough Tried using Monday.com as a team member said they liked it. Wish I'd stuck with ClickUp instead (which I use for all my other businesses). As per other reviews - Monday seems to spend more time asking me to upgrade my account and spend more money than it does actually helping me to deliver projects or manage key accounts. What's particularly frustrating is there are many menu options shown that pop up a "pay more to access this feature" window. GO AWAY! Don't show me things that aren't in my subscription or flag them as something I don't already have access too. It ruins the whole user experience and I have already cancelled my renewal - I'll be switching this team over to Click Up when I need to. In fact...I might just do that now and suck up the sunk abortive cost on Monday. Looks fairly pretty and does basic functions OK but man alive it's now as powerful or as good value as ClickUp.
