BRBefore and after Monday.com Since we implemented Monday.com in our company, we have taken our information management to a new level. Sometimes, it only takes a few minutes to implement a new process, which would have taken us days or weeks without Monday.com. This agility is definitely one of our strengths today. We are even developing apps and connectors through Monday's API to simplify access to all the information we have and integrate it with other data.

GB2 plus years and it did more than we ever intended We've been using Monday.com for over 2 years. Overall it's a solid product and has been a critical portion of our operations. A few months ago, they pushed an update that broke our system without any notice. It made us realize we cannot be fully reliant on it any more. When we complained they were quite dismissive of it. Turns out we weren't the only ones. They ended up affecting so many customers, they had to roll back the update and schedule it for next Jan. I'm glad they realized what they had done has severe consequences but it also helped us realize where our weaknesses our with our systems. It's a great software and I'll always be thankful for what it's done to date for our business.

DEA fully flexible CRM I was looking for a fully flexible interface where we can manage all our different brands: B2B and D2C. The self-learning sessions and tutorials were very helpful so that even non tech-savvy users could easily manage everything within just a few clicks. It was a big step in terms of marketing and sales automation. The staff was very helpful, patient and a great strategic sparring partner. With the usage of Monday we were able to build a strong base so that we can now create scalable results.

BEThey limit you in every single way They limit you in every single way, functionalities, drop down lists..you name it. Surprisingly, there is always an external app that can provide you the solution! But you got to pay for it :) Monday.com's marketing strategy is to lure you in and whenever you need more, you got to pay. It's a shame. Also, do not fall for their weekly or monthly feedback meetings. They have ZERO intention of helping you with your problems but they rather use this information to create more paid apps.

FRNagging At once it seemed perfect. However, even after buying, the software keeps nagging to subscribe to various things. Just today: - Today, it nagged me to "Join Earth day", - Today, it nagged me to "Activate AI", This week, it nagged me for other things, but I don't remember which ones. I'll keep reporting it.
