CRDON¨T WASTE YOU TIME with the "FREE"… DON¨T WASTE YOU TIME with the "FREE" option. Only a few elements are included. A lot of the options are paid only. Everything cost extra... It will display a green bar that look like you can use more elements for FREE, but's that's just not truth. You can't add anything without getting a notification saying you have to upgrade you account (paying). It's a good tool, but not for the price. Too expensive for personal use. You can pay to get OFFICE 365 with all its programs for a better price. Don't waste your time on this one

BRBefore and after Monday.com Since we implemented Monday.com in our company, we have taken our information management to a new level. Sometimes, it only takes a few minutes to implement a new process, which would have taken us days or weeks without Monday.com. This agility is definitely one of our strengths today. We are even developing apps and connectors through Monday's API to simplify access to all the information we have and integrate it with other data.

GBSupport is now awful Support is now awful. We have used Monday.com for years but over the past few days we have experienced truly awful support. No phone number to call, slow almost unusable chat, a failing ticketing system and a response time to major issues that is simply not acceptable. So sad. Used to be good but not any more

GB2 plus years and it did more than we ever intended We've been using Monday.com for over 2 years. Overall it's a solid product and has been a critical portion of our operations. A few months ago, they pushed an update that broke our system without any notice. It made us realize we cannot be fully reliant on it any more. When we complained they were quite dismissive of it. Turns out we weren't the only ones. They ended up affecting so many customers, they had to roll back the update and schedule it for next Jan. I'm glad they realized what they had done has severe consequences but it also helped us realize where our weaknesses our with our systems. It's a great software and I'll always be thankful for what it's done to date for our business.

GBBeware Beware! They have been taking extra money out of my account without my approval or knowledge. At first, they denied it but they are now backtracking and have agreed to refund some of the money. Apparently, it was all down to a "technical issue". I agree with what people are saying about poor customer service. They didn't want to help until I took it further. They don't respond to reviews which says a lot about them as a company. Anyway, I would consider looking elsewhere as these guys are very sneaky and to be honest, the product is getting a bit dated.
