The embroidery of our logo came out even better than expected, and the order arrived right on time! Would purchase again and probably will need to at some point because everyone really loved them! Do not waste your time and money! Do not waste your time and money! Waited almost three months for sample shirts to be delivered. Through this time they said they didnt know where it was but shouldnt be too much longer. Website states samples will be dispatch within 5-7 working days and we had dispatch in 2.5 months! Come to place and order only to be told now the top has been discontinued and no more stock is available. This isnt noted on the website or when purchasing as SAMPLES! Customer service was horrible and really couldnt care less about how long or the fact that they are selling samples of stock no longer in production.

Horrible communication Horrible communication. Completed an order with them on behalf of my Physician Assistant class that went anything but smooth between poor communication, shady price changes, and poor quality items. Our "Patagonia" 1/4 zips were the cheapest fleece material I've seen with the logo slapped on, and they didn't even have pockets.

USE ANOTHER COMPANY I put an order in for 2 items and before we even approved the logo I asked to add more items to the order so not to get the small order charge, they refused. Then I asked for my money back and they weren't interested in that. I have to ask my bank to cancel it now. They are not interested in building client relationships. Find another company that is better with customer service.
