Great Job Team All the items came quickly and as expected. I also want to shout out Customer Service Specialist Mandy B. I needed an item next day and it inadvertantly had a ground label created. She quickly called the warehouse and confirmed it had not gone out. She updated the shipping and I got it in time. Great job Mandy!!!

Poor customer service Poor customer service. Ordered items from the Quick ship list (3-day turnaround). 24 days later, still only half fulfilled. No email, no update. The website is atrociously bad. No ability to edit cart quantities, claim merchperks. Off the shelf e-commerce packages are better. They need a new logistics manager, customer service manager, and web developer.

All the 1 star reviews are all you… All the one star reviews are all you need to read. Wish I came across this before I ordered. Service was beyond atrocious. Then after deciding to cancel because of non-responsiveness was told I couldn't because products were already ordered from mfg. Seemed like a very canned response because they likely encounter cancelations often.

USE ANOTHER COMPANY I put an order in for 2 items and before we even approved the logo I asked to add more items to the order so not to get the small order charge, they refused. Then I asked for my money back and they weren't interested in that. I have to ask my bank to cancel it now. They are not interested in building client relationships. Find another company that is better with customer service.
