GBGreat products, but TERRIBLE customer service! Great products, but terrible customer service! I've worked with them for three consecutive years for our yearly staff training. The products have been great, but the customer service has been terrible. This year, the assigned "merchologist" will not return phone calls or emails.

GBTerrible Company Terrible company. We ordered our items in May, and were guaranteed two to three week shipping. Two and a half months later, I had to reach out several times to get a response and update on my items. It turns out they never received the shirts from the supplier, and didn't bother to update or notify me. I did not receive my shirts for my event, and have yet to have received an update or guarantee of delivery. It is now three months later. Very disappointed, and will never use them again.

CAWe ordered embroidered jackets for our… We ordered embroidered jackets for our employees and after months of waiting they showed up improperly embroidered. We were provided an opportunity to try again and decide on a lower cost order. We ordered skullcaps and toques, had to argue about exorbitant additional charges for stitches, waited for 2 months this time. We eventually received a drop shipped box, no Merchology branding, barely held together with tape. The order was squished into a tiny box, flattening the pom poms on the toques and 75% of the order was misaligned i.e. not centered, too high etc. DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$ OR TIME

GBWe ordered a jacket with the company… We ordered a jacket with the company logo for our Intern this year. The process from start to finish was flawless. After placing the order I received numerous emails with links to review the proofs before production began. The Intern loved his jacket and I enjoyed how easy Merchology made it for me to place, pay and track my order. I would recommend them.

GBHorrible communication Horrible communication. Completed an order with them on behalf of my Physician Assistant class that went anything but smooth between poor communication, shady price changes, and poor quality items. Our "Patagonia" 1/4 zips were the cheapest fleece material I've seen with the logo slapped on, and they didn't even have pockets.
