Then after deciding to cancel because of non-responsiveness was told I couldn't because products were already ordered from mfg. Seemed like a very canned response because they likely encounter cancelations often.

Merchology's customer communication needs improvement I paid for an order of a sample jacket, just to see if I wanted to order 9 more from Merchology. Here is what happened/didn't happen: I paid 172.00 for the jacket. I received an order confirmation. 3 weeks later, with no shipping confirmation yet, I reached out to ask what was happening. No reply, days later. So I reached out again. Again no acknowledgment at all. ***Finally, I received my jacket yesterday. It's the right size and style and is very good quality. Merchology really needs to communicate with customers better. I felt ghosted.

USE ANOTHER COMPANY I put an order in for 2 items and before we even approved the logo I asked to add more items to the order so not to get the small order charge, they refused. Then I asked for my money back and they weren't interested in that. I have to ask my bank to cancel it now. They are not interested in building client relationships. Find another company that is better with customer service.

Great Job Team All the items came quickly and as expected. I also want to shout out Customer Service Specialist Mandy B. I needed an item next day and it inadvertantly had a ground label created. She quickly called the warehouse and confirmed it had not gone out. She updated the shipping and I got it in time. Great job Mandy!!!

We ordered a jacket with the company… We ordered a jacket with the company logo for our Intern this year. The process from start to finish was flawless. After placing the order I received numerous emails with links to review the proofs before production began. The Intern loved his jacket and I enjoyed how easy Merchology made it for me to place, pay and track my order. I would recommend them.
