GBAttempting to program against the… Attempting to program against the FreshSales API is a joke. The documentation is non-existent or incomplete and emailing support will yield a different answer depending on the day/time/support person and maybe even the weather. In other words, don't bother contacting support. This CRM was also not cheap, my company paid a bunch for it and it is total crap. I've worked with Dynamics CRM, SalesForce, Monday and countless others and never encountered a bigger waste of time and money.

PTOne of the worst produts I came across… One of the worst produts I came across and a very good example of a product that doesn't match the expectations! Unbeliavable bugs, support service takes forever to fix issues, clear lack of professionalism and know of of some agents. One thing they are good, though: product image and how they advertise features. Too bad the expectations go down the drain once you start using the product and the support service.

GBHorrible Business Practice and Customer Support The product is fine, but their business practices are egregious. They have a policy that you have to alert them 60 days ahead of your renewal date in order to cancel, however they don't send out any reminders or warnings that your account is about to renew. They charged me $828 for a product I stopped using almost a year ago and refuse to refund my money. Run, don't walk, away from this company.

GBDid Not Want Subscription Renewed, Can't Seem To Get A Refund Or A Response I tried Freshsales for almost a year and experienced several incidents with data disappearing or data being changed. The program is nice but it simply isn't what I want. I stopped using the software a few months before my annual subscription expired and did not want to renew it. Freshworks (parent company) renewed my subscription to the tune of $300 on May 26 and as of today have not replied any of my four inquiries. I am really getting angry about this!

DEBeware of fake reviews - Basic features are not working Beware of fake reviews. Check the dates and accounts of the great reviews. They are all done during the same days. I tested their software and have to say that the basic functionality is not working properly. During a few days of testing, I couldn't get basic features of the software to run, e.g. workflows are not triggered correctly. This is THE most basic feature and necessary for most automations! Support reacted quickly but couldn't do much. They have obviously many problems on a technical level right now. Don't waste your time setting everything up.
