Don't even think about returning or they'll charge you I used to use this site as my go-to for affordable wigs but I just received the wrong color wig with the right color tag attached like they're trying to pull one over on me. When I went to return,their return policy not only puts the shipping entirely on the customer, there's also a minimum 20% restocking fee which could go up to 50% for arbitrary reasons, AND you have to notify them you're returning the item by a certain amount of days through email so if they don't see your email you're out of luck. This is a Scam with a capital $. Edit: I used their contact page form to contact them about the order and received an undeliverable message so how would they get any messages about returns?? False Advertisement I ordered a ponytail from GlamourTress. The ponytail I received did not match the picture on the site. GlamourTress said I could return it BUT I had to pay for shipping. I sent a picture of what was posted on their website and what ponytail I received. The company does not work on integrity. Make a purchase at your own risk. Terrible experience. I will NOT make another purchase from this site

I have been ordering hair for my salon … I have been ordering hair for my salon from Glamourtress for a few months now and it has been an amazing experience. Shipping is always fast and consistent(even during holiday times). The prices are great and I’ve never had an issue with the quality of the hair. Looking forward to the day they sell wholesale they’ll have my business for life!
