The worest online shopping experience… The worest online shopping experience in my life. I made a very large order for my grandma, mother and myself. We had almost a $500 order to have the worest customer service. I had to call over 47 times for someone to answer the phone. Then had a manager accused me of fraud and continue to yell at me over the phone. He won't let me talk! After his unprofessional remarks I asked to speak to his manager we're he decided to hang up on me. I worked customer service for 5 years and never encountered should a rude company. I would not EVER RECOMMEND THIS WEBSITE OR COMPANY!!

Liars and thieves! I ordered two wigs from Glamourtress in medium brown. When they were received, they were jet black and there was no return shipping label provided. I contacted them to initiate a return for refund of payment. They insisted the correct color was shipped. I filed a complaint with the BBB and repeated my dissatisfaction with the products I received. They feigned ignorance at first and finally stated they had no intention of providing a refund. Not only did they lie about the product color, but by virtue of the fact no shipping return label was provided is proof of a no refund or return policy. Unfortunately this experience was a valuable lesson for me. I no longer purchase any products from beauty supply products stores in person or online. They are liars and thieves.

I have been ordering hair for my salon … I have been ordering hair for my salon from Glamourtress for a few months now and it has been an amazing experience. Shipping is always fast and consistent(even during holiday times). The prices are great and I’ve never had an issue with the quality of the hair. Looking forward to the day they sell wholesale they’ll have my business for life!

Don't want heard from them no more best marketing but worse customer service. They would send you sake and promotion everyday and when you go to order they say it's finish. And when you order they send you whatever they have and won't answer your mails when you complain and never pick up the phone.
