GBI use NYC Mini Storage because it’s… I use NYC Mini Storage because it’s affordable, close by, the employees are always polite, the facilities are always clean and they help me with whatever issues I have for storage. It’s not that far from the subway in case I need to just visit the facility. I have recommended them to two friends who now also store their items there.

GBRecently rented a unit to keep my furniture Recently rented a unit to keep furniture until I get back into the city. Setting up the contract and getting into the unit was smooth. The box truck arrived early to the apartment and the driver was friendly and helpful. Excellent experience.

GBWent in and got a room that was not… Went in and got a room that was not what I was told that I would pay. Showed them the quote that I received transferred me into another room that had water damaged and then finally put me in the original room that was above the amount that I was told to pay. Wasted about an hour doing this. The only positive was that they kept the room under the quoted price I received for my time wasted.
