GBWent in and got a room that was not… Went in and got a room that was not what I was told that I would pay. Showed them the quote that I received transferred me into another room that had water damaged and then finally put me in the original room that was above the amount that I was told to pay. Wasted about an hour doing this. The only positive was that they kept the room under the quoted price I received for my time wasted.

GBMini Storage was a little hard to find........ Mini Storage was a little hard to find once I got off the subway due to vague directions from a friend, but, once I found you, seeing the locker, signing up for the locker etc. went very smoothly and everyone was more than professional and nice......I would say super nice.. Plus the fact that everything at the storage site is incredibly clean and obviously cared for.

GBI reserved a type of unit and they gave… I reserved a type of unit and they gave it away and the price online is not the same as when you go there very bad service from there manager as well
