GBMy experience with this company was… My experience with this company was the absolute worst experience I've ever had with moving in my entire life. I wanted to cancel my move because the state I was in was in lockdown and the state I was moving to was in lockdown. These people told me that I was overreacting and I needed to calm down. They sent me companies that flaked on me more than 5x. One company showed up with a full van that had no space for anything else, and still wanted to be paid! Oh and Connected Van Lines is a broker, not a moving company. Don't use them. Just don't. I promise you'll regret it.

GBI will definitely going to contact Connected Van Lines This time with Connected Van Lines, my move went super-fast and best. They finished in 8 hours! Incredible! They really hustled. Too bad this is the last time I want to move, but if I ever do move again.

GBDo No Use These Brokers. This company did not reveal themselves to be a moving broker. They turned my move over to another company, American Home Relocation. My move was scheduled five weeks in advance. The day before the move, I was contacted and told the movers would be a day late. From that point on, over the course of the weekend I was lied to, had my calls ignored and did not have my calls returned after being told I was get a call back. Finally, on Tuesday, I was flat out told the movers were not coming at all and was asked if I would like to cancel. When I said yes, I was hung up on. This has been the most upsetting experience I have ever had with a company.

GBDo not trust this company Before I signed a contract with Connected Van Lines, they informed me that they typically deliver items 4-7 days after pickup. When pickup day arrived (5/23), the movers from American Home Relocations had us select which day we wanted our items delivered. We selected 5/27. They also charged us an addition $871 for alledgely going over the original cubic feet. When 5/27 came and went, I called Connected Van Lines and spoke to Victoria, and she informed me that the movers should not have told me that my items would be delivered on this day, rather this was the day they start preparing the manifest. I called after a week (6/3) had passed, and the manifest was still not prepared. I was informed it would be prepared at the end of that week. I called again on June 5th, and was informed by Rachel that the riots in Atlanta are preventing my items from leaving the city. We were informed that the company had until June 10th to deliver our items, or pay a late delivery spread fee. When wednesday came, we were informed by Victoria that we would not be receiving our items on Wednesday, but that the truck was leaving that afternoon. When we called on Thursday (6/11) to make sure the truck left, we were informed by Rachel that the truck left on wednesday, and we will be receiving a call from the driver. On friday June 12th, we called dispatch at American Home Relocations and they informed us that our truck did not leave on wednesday and it was sitting in the lot. I called And emailed Connected Van Lines to discuss this mis-information and never received a call back. At 4:19pm, I called Connected Van Lines, and spoke to Adam. He stated that my manifest was still being built, and that he had no other update than that. I asked him about the discount, and he stated that the moving company has 21 days to deliver our items before a $25 fee is applied for every day they are late. We told him that Victoria told me that we would have a discount after June 10th, and he stated that was incorrect information. On wednesday 6/17, we were informed by Heather and Nick at AJ Pro Logistics that our items will be delivered the next day, but that our items were on a truck that could not fit through my complex. They made this determination after looking at pictures of our complex online. We we told that we could rent a uhaul and unload our items ourselves for free, pay $1000 to have them transport our items into a smaller truck and then deliver them to our home, or have our items sent to Chicago and sit in a warehouse. When Nick arrived to deliver our items, the truck was stuffed and poorly packed. We had a storage container with the top missing, and another persons items taped inside the container. So far, we have 2 broken mirrors, a couch with black stains on it, 2 dressers with chipped wood and loose handles, a bed that cannot be put together because a piece is now missing due to the many handlings of my items, a washing machine with a missing leg, and a dryer with a broken knob. They did not fully explain how the shipping delivery dates worked, and became non-responsive and unprofessional after pickup. Rachel and Victoria had unprofessional attitudes when we called and inquired about our shipping status, and talked over us while we were trying to air our concerns. Adam did not return my calls to discuss the delivers attempting to charge us more or a reimbursement. Connected Van Lines contracted the move to American Home Relocation, and American Home Relocation contracted the delivery out to AJ Pro Logistics. When it was all done and said 3 different companies were dealt with to pack and deliver my property. They state that they are here to work for you, but they lie to get your business. They assured me they were working on my behalf and would be available if any issues occurred during this process, but were unresponsive when AJ Pro Logistics asked for more money. This company has terrible communicators and is constantly being "mis-informed" by dispatch.

GBThis company was perfect from the very start! They made sure all of our worries were gone before move day. They explained everything to us in a language that we understood. They handled the entire move and didn't break a thing. I am so happy and pleased that we went this easily with them instead of another company. Thank you Connected Van Lines for a great move.
