Completely inefficient The customer service from the office was great, but the actual movers were not. From the minute they arrived at our 2 bed, 2 bath apartment they were annoyed with the amount of things we had. We have a normal amount of furniture for a 2 bedroom NYC apartment, certainly not an 8 bedroom house. Their truck was too small to fit everything because they came with a truck to fit a studio/1 bedroom apartment, resulting in a move that took them from 9am-11pm on move day and then another few hours 3 days later to pick up the remaining items. They worked slowly and inefficiently resulting in my fiancée and I having to help load and unload the truck with them, despite us paying for the move, to expedite it. Not only was the move a disaster, but they broke a lamp and chipped bedside tables and two of our dressers. They were sloppy and careless. This was absolutely the worst move I've ever had. I wouldn't recommend.

Very good movers The movers were very professional but friendly and had a positive attitude. Nothing broke but a modern acrylic table was deeply scratched on the side. It is obvious that this piece was not wrapped or maybe it was but it got damaged as it was being taken out of the van. Other than this, thus was a very good moving team. They work very well together and I will hire again.

Please do not use this company Please do not use this company, they broke my furniture and after a year sending forms and letters and complain to the Better Business Bureau, they refused to send me my money. The better business bureau cannot help you they will do nothing for you. The company will not respond to e-mails phone calls or nothing. Be very careful with the contract, my contract stated amount was $1,973.55. and the same day of the moving they told me I need to pay another $2,000.00 more They do that because at the day of the moving the customer does not have time to change to another company. They still the money of the Senior citizens. This company is not good it is garbage. Please go to another moving company. They just want your money they destroyed my furniture. They refused to pay..

Underpriced my quote by thousands I… Underpriced my quote by thousands I believe they tried to beat the competition uhaul and two and a half men. They are so desperately thirsty. I told them exactly what I had in my home piece for piece the size and the length and they get here and they say they don’t have room even though every item listed was in the paperwork the took a 3rd of my stuff for 2,000 really small two bedroom apartment. Good Team of Movers Tony's team of movers did a professional job, which included several bulky pieces they had to navigate through tight spaces and steps. A few minor dings and one small chip, but given the degree of difficulty, I can live with it. Price was competitive, if not cheap. I would use Simply Moving again and feel comfortable recommending them.
