The chairs were dragged all over until they broke, love- seat and sofa- fabric satined, torn and damaged. When I complained, they simply said "file a claim".

Dishonest Broke two items when packing into truck. Decided to take nearly 40mins longer to travel between locations when they were right behind us. When we called them they stated there was a broken down vehicle which was total BS. They thrn charged me for their break time. Wont use again, dishonest.

I even gave them the payment to a furniture to pick up and they did with no issues. They are so patient enough to dismantle and assemble my big table that didn't fit the door. They handled my things gently, all completely delivered. Sadly, I wasn't able to give my tip, but looking forward. Good Team of Movers Tony's team of movers did a professional job, which included several bulky pieces they had to navigate through tight spaces and steps. A few minor dings and one small chip, but given the degree of difficulty, I can live with it. Price was competitive, if not cheap. I would use Simply Moving again and feel comfortable recommending them.

Good service The movers were fast and efficient, although they arrived 1 hours later than expected. They complained about an unexpected flight of stairs et some extra and started contesting the estimate although I had been told that it was a flat rate based on cubic meter and not the number of boxes or pieces. I chose the self packing steps, they were careful in packing the bed and furniture.
