Great Company We utilized this moving company when moving my son in New York City. The representative I dealt with was Mike. Mike was wonderful in making this difficult and complicated move easy. This move consisted of moving my son out of his apartment into storage for several weeks and then moving him into another apartment. We were very pleased with this service. Nice service with a few hiccups Both movers were nice and extremely hard working, but a few errors were made. Movers arrived 45 mins after scheduled arrival window and left a large box and the first address. It was clearly indicated that the new address only permits residents to move in between the hours of 10am-4:30pm and the movers did not arrive at the second location until 4:15.

Dishonest Broke two items when packing into truck. Decided to take nearly 40mins longer to travel between locations when they were right behind us. When we called them they stated there was a broken down vehicle which was total BS. They thrn charged me for their break time. Wont use again, dishonest.

Move is fine. Referral program is fake Initially had a good move with simply moving. Decides to refer my friends through the referral program where they say they give you a percentage of each referrals move. 2 of my friends moved w the company and I heard nothing from them. I called, sent emails, and no emails back. Its not right to have a dishonest referral program advertised if you don't have a system to follow up with it.

Good Team of Movers Tony's team of movers did a professional job, which included several bulky pieces they had to navigate through tight spaces and steps. A few minor dings and one small chip, but given the degree of difficulty, I can live with it. Price was competitive, if not cheap. I would use Simply Moving again and feel comfortable recommending them.
