This is a terrible moving company!! This is a terrible moving company!!! They present themselves as professionals who include damage insurance should any of your belongings be broken. In reality, they do not take responsibility for their own drivers and any damage they cause. My driver apparently ran off of the highway which caused my “entire” 26 foot load of personal items to be damaged. Many breakable things were destroyed beyond all repair. U-Pack refused to take responsibility because their driver failed to report the accident. I would highly recommend NOT using U-Pack to transport anything you care about!

Wowww awesome service Wowww, I had an amazing move thanks to upack services, we moved from Montreal/Canada to Orlando/Florida... I went super smooth and zero problems, they were always there to answer any questions and god knows I had a lot... they left the trailer in canada for 4 days, giving us plenty of time to load and they deliver it in orlando way before schedule which was great...we ended up needing less space that I thought and the reduced our quote price by 250$ so my total coat was 2056$ US all included... way cheaper than any other moving companies out there... I highly recommend 👌

A Great Experience with Upack We had a great experience with Upack. They were easy to work with on scheduling. The container was in excellent shape, and traveled rom Virginia to Maine quite quickly. They picked it up Tuesday, and it was delivered today. We had a terrible experience with another company previously, and are grateful this was so smooth, and easy. They also beat the competitors prices with a healthy margin. We will definitely recommend them to people we know, and may use them again this year for household items going to another location.

A -10 Star Review If it were possible to give a company a -10 star review, I would. As a US Army veteran, I have moved every to to three years for 11 years. I’ve also moved four times as a private citizen and using Upack was the worst moving decision I could’ve made. There are so many steps to scheduling your Upack trailer delivery, picking up the trailer and unpacking it that I couldn’t keep up with which number I’m supposed to call at which time. Yesterday, we finally began unpacking our trailer and are finding many things broken. In addition, Upack referred us to Moving Staffers as one of their preferred companies to help unload the Upack trailer. That was also a disaster. I ended hiring a second moving company to help us the night before my scheduled move. Do not use this company. It will make your cross country move substantially more challenging and stressful.

Couldn't Have Been Better. This is the second time we used U-Pack. The entire staff, from customer service to drivers, is professional & polite. We took a bit longer to load due to illness & weather. No extra fees were charged. We also received a small senior or veteran's discount. Nice to be treated like a human rather than an account number.
