GBRent went from $283 per month to $319… Rent went from $283 per month to $319 per month without me receiving any notice. They say a notification was sent in the mail, which I never received. When I called, they said, "The contract states they can increase my rent at any time." Everything else is by email. I wonder why they use mail instead of electronically notifying you.

GBBusiness Model is a Scam Houston, Katy Fwy location. Agree that they bait you with special rates and double it next month! They called me in saying that there was a foul smell coming from my unit and when we went to check we had to cut the lock because for some reason my keys didn’t work and I had to buy a new lock for $20. Nothing was wrong with my unit other than the lock not working and there was NO SMELL. Very weird experience. Cannot understand why my keys did not work. I plan to move out soon.
