GBNEGATIVE 5 STAR REVIEW NEGATIVE 5 STAR REVIEW: I would give a negative review if I could. I have been attempting resolve arcbest losing one of our shipments for over 2 months now. I have spoken with Monica multiple times who assured me the package would arrive. LIES. it never arrived, they tried to place blame on us and told us to file a claim. We filed a claim and it was denied. I replied and still received no response from them. We used their business over the course of 3 years and we will NEVER use them again. An absolute disgrace of a company that refuses to accept blame or accountability. I would not recommend them AT ALL.

CANightmare experience Nightmare experience! They completely don't take any responsibility for what they promised. Their customer service center cannot be trusted. They don't even dare to pull out the voice transcript. Worst Company Ever!

GBBest trucking company we have used yet We run a small business out of Tunnel Hill. Our freight is very unique and it is hard finding a good logistics company to work with the handle our freight. We partnered up with ArcBest at the beginning of the year and I have never been more impressed with a trucking company. I have not had one single incident. Not saying these don't happen, but just saying compared to other companies previously used i feel our product is treated with care. Our sales rep, Dean McKelvey, is extremely attentive to our shipping needs and very transparent. We also LOVE our terminal guys Anthony and Dustin. Very thankful for Arcebest.

GBCompletely Incompetent Company We ship a lot of loads. Desperately trying to find a good company. Used this company twice and still not sure who to call to book a load. We've gotten a new person every time and they're surprised we're even calling them. They act like they don't want the business. We have full truckloads we need to ship ASAP and they tell us they'll call us back in 10 minutes to book and won't even return our calls. We've had to leave them messages to pay for previous shipments and they won't call us back. Completely incompetent in the shipping industry. Only wish I read their reviews before trying to work with them. Good luck with this company. Never again. Unbelievable!

GBOrder from Detroit MI to Spring Lake… Order from Detroit MI to Spring Lake MI. They routed to Chicago. A 1-2 day transit is now going to be a 7 day transit. $300+ in freight costs for 1 pallet.
