Three issues non of them positive Three issues 1 - delivered items on more than one occasions that were mouldy. The process to get a refund for said items is long and arduous and requires proof and even then it's an account credit. 2 - wrong order delivered and no response, a £20 order of things I needed asap and I was delivered a frozen pizza and a cake! Gopuff costumer service gave a standard response then haven't bothered to respond. 3 - we won a competition, gopuff refused to pay out, struck off our valid winning ticket after 11 days and decided that they did not have to abide my law

Customer Service is Non Existent I ordered with FAM20 which should have gotten my order in about 20 minutes. It took about an hour instead. Most company would have some way of fixing this, not GoPuff! I did eventually get a refund for the extra fee for the fee, but their customer service is worse than if AI controlled it. They have agents who just copy and paste and don't attempt to help. Do not order from this company.

Missed item I'm on my own with my baby and for the practicality and agility that I've always had I chose go puff which I've been a customer of for over 2 years, Her milk had finished and I was too ill to leave the house, I bought 2 bottles and to give the minimum value of the order I added other items to the basket. When the order arrived, I questioned the delivery man who promptly saw that the main thing was missing, the two bottles of milk, I commented to him that my daughter was hungry and I needed it urgently, that's why I ordered it. It's 7.45 pm, she's hungry and I haven't got any milk. When I needed it most, they let me down.

They are thieves On 19th April, one of their driver came to our building to deliver my neighbour's shopping and on his back way, he stole my parcel from the corridor. Don't trust them, they are thieves.

Mobility impaired and this service is a… Mobility impaired and this service is a life saver. I’ve never had an issue in NY and all of my orders have arrived on time generally within 20 minutes most of the time. GoPuff is also much more affordable for my every day essentials so I am very grateful for that. The fact I just did my usual household run for the month on Gopuff which is usually $100+ (Target/ etc) for less than $30 is FANTASTIC!!!
