GBMobility impaired and this service is a… Mobility impaired and this service is a life saver. I’ve never had an issue in NY and all of my orders have arrived on time generally within 20 minutes most of the time. GoPuff is also much more affordable for my every day essentials so I am very grateful for that. The fact I just did my usual household run for the month on Gopuff which is usually $100+ (Target/ etc) for less than $30 is FANTASTIC!!!

GBThey send you out of date items aswell… They send you out of date items aswell as damaged items. When contacted they asked me about the products then ignored my response. One of the customer service rep girls has a seriously bad attitude. i use to spend a lot of money with gopuff every 2 or so days, but their lack of respect has made me leave this review, and I will not be using them again. Well done gopuff

GBI have won of the bingo and they are… I have won of the bingo and they are saying one of my codes is not listed How can it not be listed - you sent it to me in my delivery Customer service email and chat are being useless and the keep repeating them selve - it’s not on the list What then are you sending codes that aren’t in the list They are a joke and the customer service is beyond inept O wonder they don’t have a phone line

GBawfull I made an order today of 10 items and only 3 were delivered. I can't contact them, their missing items form online keeps crashing so I decided to email them only to find out their emails aren't monitored. I then decided to contact them on webchat and I've been waiting for over an hour to get through to anyone. I find it funny that they put a 24 hours refund policy and you can't get through to anyone.

GBMissed item I'm on my own with my baby and for the practicality and agility that I've always had I chose go puff which I've been a customer of for over 2 years, Her milk had finished and I was too ill to leave the house, I bought 2 bottles and to give the minimum value of the order I added other items to the basket. When the order arrived, I questioned the delivery man who promptly saw that the main thing was missing, the two bottles of milk, I commented to him that my daughter was hungry and I needed it urgently, that's why I ordered it. It's 7.45 pm, she's hungry and I haven't got any milk. When I needed it most, they let me down.
