GBFirst time user - they were OK This was the first time using Door-to-Door. It got set up OK but the representative who assisted me didn't seem very confident in the information (pricing) she was providing. I paid extra for expedited delivery and was supposed to get a follow-up confirmation but that never happened. On the front end, the actual drop off and pick-up was super easy and the delivery person was great. On the other end however, there was some hassle in getting it delivered when we wanted it (had to place a few calls.) It all ended OK and our possessions arrived in good shape but communication could have been better.

GBThe worst experience ever! I had been a customer for almost 3 years. I made several attemps to gain access to my container only to find out that the facility had moved location without notifying there customers, and that I could not have access until the completed the move. Tha facility hours had changed and were only open Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. When I finally closed my account and had the container delivered to vacate the lock had been changed. I was advised by customer service to go to a hardware store to but a bolt cutter. I would not recommend this company to any one.

GBThe container is too small and not safe The container is too small that required me to rent 3 instead of one medium size from other vendor(s). Too small means the hard boarded surrounding doesn't allow to pack multiple items stacked, ended up using 3, not filled. Also, my items inside are broken in pieces.... Never again from this vendor. Also, they charge you for rescheduling fees where they don't give enough time in the first place. They don't bother not keeping their pick-up schedule. No a fair deal. Their refund processing is too slow... Too many problems with Door-to-Door!

GBWorst moving experience This is a company that thinks that management getting involved in a serious issue is somehow going above and beyond in service. They completely missed the pickup date, then they couldn't manage to work anything out with us for drop off. Finally, something was worked out because of the kindness and persistence of others. Customer service was rude and presumptuous. Any marginal compensation was severely delayed because it was mishandled, much like everything else. Many pieces of our furniture were damaged, even though we provided materials for packing. Would never recommend and actually will continue to advise friends and family to avoid anything to do with this "moving/storage" company.

GBExterminate your storage space/building While the help of having someone pack the container is nice, I wish I would have done it myself due to the broken items I retrieved while unpacking. Even when I suggested somethings I was ignored, I realized this after receiving my items and noticing where things were placed. The facility should also be sprayed with insect spray, I had so many roaches in my house after the delivery of my items.... GROSS!
