GBThe container is too small and not safe The container is too small that required me to rent 3 instead of one medium size from other vendor(s). Too small means the hard boarded surrounding doesn't allow to pack multiple items stacked, ended up using 3, not filled. Also, my items inside are broken in pieces.... Never again from this vendor. Also, they charge you for rescheduling fees where they don't give enough time in the first place. They don't bother not keeping their pick-up schedule. No a fair deal. Their refund processing is too slow... Too many problems with Door-to-Door!

GBDisappointed It has taken me this long to review due to the extreme amount of damage done to my belongings in storage making angry when writing reviews. I retrieved my belongings on 6/24/16. First there was some sort of rodent that got into my box that left droppings everywhere and chewed and destroyed many of my things. It was given access to many of my storage containers due to the damage done to them in storage described below. The plastic storage boxes inside and some of the loose objects were also heavily damaged, it appeared from being moved/up and down frequently over the course of a year, although I guess its possible all the physical damage was done during the transportation. These same boxes showed no sign of wear in the year of storage before being given to Door to Door. The box got from point A to point B, but I would not recommend Door to Door to anyone.

GBStay away! The actual movers, the people who pickup, transport and deliver your stuff in those storage units, are fine. Helpful, friendly and easy to deal with. The online and telephone sales people quote one price, then charge you for another using a flimsy excuse. All sorts of "extra" charges and fees. They've got your credit card number and there's little you can do. Customer service? Forget it! Granted, just about all of these companies are kind of slippery. Save your time and money: avoid this group of cheats at all costs.

GBSarena needs additional customer service training 2nd time using Door to Door. Great experience all the way around until you speak to Sarena in customer service. She has a harsh tone and very matter of fact. I had an issue with something I was told by my local office and Sarena seemed to know that I was never told that. She wouldn't let me speak to a supervisor either. I finally gave up. She clearly was up for an argument. I was never able to get the issue resolved.

GBBAD- poor service in full areas I will never use your company. more than 5 thousand dollars and the worst service. They are extortionate in price and service. and to top it does not have people who speak fluent Spanish explain everything well. I do not recommend this company. Use small companies are best in services and prices.
