GBNo response on lost shipment This carrier is losing shipments and responding to emails through their portal. You cannot speak with a person, all you get is an automated recording. My shipment has been unable to access and still hasn't changed and there has been no response. I also left a 1-star review for Fashion Nova for using them.

GBThis shipping company should not be in… This shipping company should not be in business. They are incompetent and unreliable with what they are open to do which is deliver packages. I have had them unfortunately as my carrier 5 times and 3 of those times I didn’t receive my package. They fraudulently sign your package and mark it delivered. It’s so shameful that companies are still using LSO. You would think that the seller would be losing out on money for having to refund customers and losing the product. I’m wondering does the seller file insurance claims on lost goods and get a nice lump sum from it? It has to be something in it for them to use a company that is clearly fraudulent. It’s no secret and its not hard to find reviews on how sh@@ty this company is. I have completely stopped ordering from places when I find out LSO is being used and before I order from new places I will email or call customer service before I spend money with them. I hate LSO with a passion.

GBIf I can put NO STARS I WILL If I can put NO STARS I WILL ! I had ordered from SHEIN like I normally Do And stayed home the day my package was suppose to be delivered I even had my WINDOW BLINDS OPEN ❗️they said they delivered my package and never did ! I contacted SHEIN and I couldn’t get my money back due to them saying I signed for the package when I never did ! I’m scared to even order online anymore cause idk if my package is going to go through them or NOT And it’s irritating. They have NO Number To contact them on I even sent an email and no one never reached out . I just hope these companies see these comments and DO NOT Use them . I believe it’s a Scam Delivery Service cause it’s just too ridiculous how many comments people are complaining about the SAME Issue

GBTrash shipping service Trash shipping service, the tracking states they were “unable to locate” due to a “bad address” which is bs, there was nothing wrong about my address the driver/delivery person was either too lazy or too incompetent to deliver the package. I Sent multiple messages via the LSO website and I keep getting generic message stating they are working “diligently” to resolve my issue yet I have been emailing them for over a week and no issue has been resolved not to mention the damn customer service number they have on their website doesn’t even work! They are beyond garbage and I don’t know why they even exist I’m not even going to be ordering from the company anymore as long as they use this shipper.

GBUSELESS company, lazy "service" Like everyone else here, LSO sucked for me. My package was marked as "unable to access" (I live in a normal house, not a gated community) and I cannot get in contact with anyone from the company. Now my $200 package is lost in the ether because their driver was too lazy to drop my stuff off.
