GBThe bags we ordered are all blowing out… The bags we ordered are all blowing out on the side like they forgot to glue them. Of course they are made in China so this should be no surprise that they are poor quality. To add insult to injury, instead of sending a new box to replace the defective bags I have to send pictures of the bags and then get credit for each as I work my way through a box of 100. At .55 per bag this is very frustrating especially when I'm trying to check out a customer and the bags just fall apart.

GBI had no email or call to let me know… I had no email or call to let me know when my cabinet would be delivered first off. Second, when the delivery got here, the driver came into my shop and said that I needed to go out and look at the shipment before he unloaded it because it was in bad shape and I might want to refuse it if I didn't think it was salvagable. I went and looked at it on the truck and it was a mess. Torn plastic, busted boxes on a broken palate, it was awful so I had to refuse the shipment. One thing I can say though, is that I called as soon as I came back in and the rep I spoke with was amazing in getting the order redone and I got a call a little while ago that another shipment was on the way.

GBCustomer service was very prompt when… Customer service was very prompt when answering questions about my order. The only concern is that my order came in different times. I am still waiting for the rest of my order to complete my purchase. Although the items were ordered as a display fixtures I still have to wait for important pieces to finish display what would be helpful is a email detailing what was sent and what still is on back order. Anxiety of not knowing could of been eliminated.
