GBI gave 5 stars for customer service I gave 5 stars because the customer service was great, especially Marium and Emily. They were very helpful and caring, so thank you. My tiles eventually arrived safely, after the freight company initially delivered my tiles at a tile and marble store for no clear reason. My other reservation is the shipping cost, which was disproportionately higher than any other tiles store. At any rate, tile selections, prices and ordering process were great

GBMy experience from beginning to end was a good one! I was very pleased with the selection of materials available at Stone Tile Depot and the customer service was outstanding. My emails were answered promptly, and they followed up with me to make sure I received information and samples as needed. Materials were shipped to me in a reasonable timeframe. GBAwesome selection of tile, shipping was tricky Awesome selection of tile, easy to navigate and order on website. Tracking shipping was challenging. At one point my tile looked like it was in Oklahoma (I'm in California) and then an hour later it was delivered. Would be great to have more accurate shipping times and dates since it's palettes of tile being delivered.

GBI was delivered the wrong items I was delivered the wrong items, some items never arrived. And my messages were never returned to fix the order. I would give negative points if I could.
