I was in communication with Amy for about a year trying to figure out pricing and shipping and could I actually pull off the look I wanted in my budget. She was so patient and helpful. I had marble tile delivered to my house 2 days ago. Shipping was quick and everything was very securely packaged. I have not had time to open each box and look through each tile yet but I am feeling very positive. Thank you for all of your help and accommodations.

Great service from Amy I needed to order an additional box of tile to ensure my project was going to be completed - original order close, but lots of cuts in herringbone pattern & i didn’t want to delay the project if I waited until the end to see if we would make it! The tile was in stock & delivered within a week which was amazing! Shipping fee was an issue but received great service from Amy who kept me in the loop & was able to resolve. Would highly recommend!

Experience with Emma I have had a couple of telephone conversations with your sales rep Emma. I found her to be very knowledgeable and helpful in educating me about your marble tile products. As a result of her professionalism and the reasonable price for the product - we have ordered a sample and look forward to purchasing several square feet for our new home.

I gave 5 stars for customer service I gave 5 stars because the customer service was great, especially Marium and Emily. They were very helpful and caring, so thank you. My tiles eventually arrived safely, after the freight company initially delivered my tiles at a tile and marble store for no clear reason. My other reservation is the shipping cost, which was disproportionately higher than any other tiles store. At any rate, tile selections, prices and ordering process were great

I received a bunch of tile from them… I received a bunch of tile from them that was all scratched so they offered to give me a refund. Normally I’d give five stars for that but I had to contact them about 5 times over a 3 week period to finally get the refund processed. I honestly thought it was a scam at first. But they finally did it and they did respond each time i contacted them. It just took a long time to get it done.
