Great service from Amy I needed to order an additional box of tile to ensure my project was going to be completed - original order close, but lots of cuts in herringbone pattern & i didn’t want to delay the project if I waited until the end to see if we would make it! The tile was in stock & delivered within a week which was amazing! Shipping fee was an issue but received great service from Amy who kept me in the loop & was able to resolve. Would highly recommend!

Great product/Horrible Delivery service 🚚 The customer service at Stone Tile Depot was ok. However the shipping company used by Stone Tile Depot was terrible! The worst delivery service I have ever experienced. T-Force Delivery missed each delivery appointment for 5 days without a call or email to resolve or reschedule. They finally delivered a week after they first received my shipment in their warehouse, 5 days after the first scheduled appointment. Ridiculous customer service. Rude and unprofessional.

My experience from beginning to end was a good one! I was very pleased with the selection of materials available at Stone Tile Depot and the customer service was outstanding. My emails were answered promptly, and they followed up with me to make sure I received information and samples as needed. Materials were shipped to me in a reasonable timeframe. If you love stone tile, buy from the Stone Tile Depot If you really love stone tile, then this is the place for you to buy from! Quality of the stone and mosaic tile they sell is amazing. The samples are exactly like the pictures, in color and texture, and the samples are half price for full size tiles and are packaged very securely. If the shipping costs for the order is too high for you (remember this is stone) then they allow you to pick up from the distribution centers. Definitely will buy from them again.
