Knowledgeable Gary is a great guy to work with. He is pretty knowledgeable about sliding doors and always goes above and beyond to get the problem solved. As of now he helped me 3 times and all 3 times I do exact what he recommends me and problems are solved. Highly recommend.

Hmmm Wasn't able to find the items I was looking for and didn't receive much help through my email. In this day and age of Amazon you'd think websites, product catalogs, and customer service would rank a little higher in everyone's business. I did make a purchase and feel like I'm settling for an item that I desperately need and hope will work. Fingers crossed!
