He was in touch with me for several days and was very helpful finding the part I needed although I did not have a picture of the part. Gary went way above what was expected in trying to find the part I needed. When we need more parts for our church doors I will definitely call Gary.

Super fast it would have been nice to talk to a customer service rep but when I emailed them they responded very quickly, and then I asked another question via email and he responded back very quickly once again.
