I have zero experience with doors I have zero experience with doors, and have spoken with Derek 3 or 4 times on 3 different doors. He is always very polite, patient, and educated me every time. Derek's knowledge and expertise is conveyed humbly as he communicates with me, much appreciated! In my 40+ years of business, an employee like him is rare, and is also a result of good management. Most Excellent !!! If you need help figuring out what to do or how to do it … These people will help you make it happen. In my case it was a hardware issue and I wasn’t sure where to start. After my initial contact and a couple of pictures they were able to solve my issue … and it wasn’t even their product … Wow, these people go above and beyond. Thanks Derek !!!

Knowledgeable Gary is a great guy to work with. He is pretty knowledgeable about sliding doors and always goes above and beyond to get the problem solved. As of now he helped me 3 times and all 3 times I do exact what he recommends me and problems are solved. Highly recommend.
