Knowledgeable Gary is a great guy to work with. He is pretty knowledgeable about sliding doors and always goes above and beyond to get the problem solved. As of now he helped me 3 times and all 3 times I do exact what he recommends me and problems are solved. Highly recommend.

Excellent Advise When I called I spoke with Gary in customer support. He was extremely helpful in helping me out with my issue regarding the magic force door. I was able to send him some pictures to ensure the correct replacement…sent me to the online store and had replacement is less than 5 days ….

The sale and services Department are very helpful after purchased the falcon 8231 pull arm swing package, confuse with the diagram manual took pictures of the unit email to William from sale department and he responded right away, he guide me through wires connections with city codes, would do business again in the future. Most Excellent !!! If you need help figuring out what to do or how to do it … These people will help you make it happen. In my case it was a hardware issue and I wasn’t sure where to start.
