Wrong finish on recent order I recently purchased two H-557 small chest handles. I ordered semi-bright brass. The handles arrived in antique brass, dark finish. Okay, no big deal. I have a polishing head and I brought the handles up to semi-bright, although it's tedious work with pieces as small as the rosettes. I wanted to get on with the project and so didn't go through the process of returning the handles for an exchange. I double-checked the order, and for all that appears, semi-bright was specified. Yes. Mistakes happen. Horton is a good company. An unfortunate oversight in this instance.

Beautiful ring pulls I bought a dresser that needed replacement ring pulls since two had previously been replaced with plain knobs. I had a difficult time finding replacements that were big enough until I found Horton Brasses. I ordered a set of the pulls and they arrived within the week and are beautiful, quality pulls. The finish is lovely and the dresser is looking good!
