GBExcellent, advise, guidance and support I have been looking for a "post"for the pull on a antique European sideboard. While we have not yet been able to locate one, I have received excellent and highly knowledgeable guidance with exceptional courtesy and politeness. Even if I don't get the "post" - it has been a pleasure to deal with Horton Brasses. If you need anything please contact Addy there.

GBNice handmade brass bail pulls made in Connecticut. I would only buy from Horton. Classy handmade brass bail pulls made in Connecticut. Great selection of hardware, finishes, and sizes too. I needed to replace all my bail pulls on my bedroom furniture and needed two specific sizes in an espresso-type finish that would match well with two decorator knobs on my armoir. I selected the darkest antique finish and they matched perfectly. The bail pull replacements from Horton Brass are nicer than the original pulls.

GBVery Pleased! Well-made, good quality products at a reasonable price. Delivered within the week, despite coming all the way from the US to the UK! Arrived in good order with a very pleasant note from the packer! Altogether, a lovely ordering experience. I would certainly recommend this company. (one tiny point - it would be helpful if all the little fixings could be in separate packets.)

GBI was blown away at how good my experience was. I was in need of sample non mortising hinges for a meeting I had in the near future and was having trouble finding good hinges I could get quickly. My father recommended Horton Brasses after having very bad luck with Colonial Brass. Horton Brasses immediately answered their phone, knew exactly what I was looking for, got me great sample pricing, and I had them in my hand the next day... amazing. And the web site has excellent images of their products which make it easy to pick and choose the finishes.

GBThese folks are the best These folks are the best! I needed a small part to repair a drawer pull. They not only had a number of such parts (virtually unheard of in this world of planned obsolescence) but also recommended the one they thought right for my project. After tortuous travel from Cromwell, CT to Greenwich, CT via Springfield, MA, Queens, NY and White Plains, NY, the part arrived and fit perfectly. The small triumphs are sometimes the most important!!
