GBI purchased the incorrect remote gate… I purchased the incorrect remote gate opener online. I called Moving Up and they quickly assisted me in getting the proper opener and refunded my money on my original purpose. But the best part of the exchange was the friendly voice I heard on the line who recollected his history in my home state and shared his fond memory with me.

GBBEWARE.. BEWARE... I'm not sure if this company just has bad organization or if they are crooks.... I ordered garage springs from them and received an email saying that my order had been shipped. I few days later I discovered a voice message saying they did not have spring size that I ordered and they would not be shipping until I contacted them. At this point, I was annoyed because the email lead me to believe that my order should have arrived, so I called to cancel the order since it hadn't been shipped yet. The guy on the phone confirmed the cancellation and said I would receive a refund. After multiple emails, I am having to escalate the process through paypal. Hopefully they can help me get my money back.

GBExcellent service, easy to navigate website and FREE shipping!!! This company did a wonderful job helping me find the part I needed and sending it quickly. They didn't even charge for shipping, though the part was inexpensive. I haven't had such a great shopping experience in forever. Thanks!

GBOrdered 3 Genie Opener extensions Ordered 3 Genie Opener extensions, Paid for 3 and received only 1. UPS delivered package marked 1 of 1. Current I called Moving up 3 times, talked to no one, left message and no reply. I have also sent 3 emails, the only reply I get is this automatic Survey. Mistakes happen, I would not use them because there is "No Reply At All".

GBI order a part for a garage door opener… I order a part for a garage door opener , after a week and half I hadn't received the part ,so I called the company and left a message that I hadn't received the part. The company returned my call right away the next with an update, the Post Office had lost the package, so another was sent out that day, I received the package in 3 days. The gentleman that I was dealing with was very helpful.
