GBLow prices, quick (and free) shipping, excellent company! I needed a replacement belt drive sprocket for an Overhead Door Legacy 800 door model 2026. Turns out it's the same as a Genie 38416A.S 14-Tooth Belt Sprocket. Moving Up saved me at least $7 on shipping, and yet sent it to me promptly for my successful repair. Good email communications as well--recommended seller!

GBAug 04 AVOID THIS COMPANY Aug 04, 2020 AVOID THIS COMPANY: Placed an online order on JuLy 23rd (Sunday) at 10:55A CDT. At 1:07p received email “Your Order has been Shipped” with USPS First Class mail “on 7/24/202” with tracking number. On Aug 4th product not received. Called Moving Up GDC at 877.379.4947 to check order. Male voice informed me they are waiting for manufacturer to apparently backfill the product! Upon which I say, but wait, you sent me email confirmation that order shipped on July 24th. What’s wrong with this picture? Apparently not a thing as his reply was it’s the software ...”that’s just the way it is”. This comment was made in all sincerity as he repeated back to me when I expressed indignation. Unbelievable! How do they stay in business with such incompetence. Order cancelled.

GBShady Slow Shipper Purchased a remote from this company via Amazon. They said it was shipped on 3/31/21. The tracking number showed it was accepted on 3/31 in Round Lake, IL. After that, no movement for over two weeks. Finally on the 17th, I contacted Moving Up to see if I could cancel the order. Lo and behold, the package miraculously arrived at Elk Grove Village, IL on Sunday, 3/18 and is scheduled to arrive on the 4/23. Shady, shady company. Purchase from somewhere else. They won't ship until you request a refund. Apparently this is standard practice for them. They have reviews with the same complaints with the BBB and Facebook
