Quick and Easy Resolution I contacted Mango due to a Power Station that would not turn on. Joe at Mango arranged for a replacement, which was received. I noticed errors when fully charging the battery via solar. I reached back out to Joe, who remotely updated the firmware on my unit. The new unit is working good now, error free. The troubleshooting process was easy, and the issues were quick to resolve.

Horrible company. Worse customer service I bought a $40,000 mango power m system with 40kwh of storage. They have apparently one employee named David. I knew I shouldn’t have bought a system from a company less than 2 years old. But anyways they haven’t helped me at all with the multiple issues I have. Can’t see one of the inverters in the app. Things trip when ac charging. I even made an appointment for a phone call with the technical team and they didn’t call

Good product. Although there is room to improve when it comes to the Mango Power App, the Mango Power E Power Station has brought me much peace of mind. During the recent blizzard, I wasn’t worried about the power going out as much as I was before. I’m looking forward to using it more during the summer and offsetting some of my electrical use with solar panels. The hardware seems to be top-notch and really well thought out.

Mango Power Review After applying for a refund from Mango Power I was offered an alternative product but this not suit my needs so I asked the company to proceed with the refund. Unfortunately I messed up and got a number wrong on my Iban. This meant my refund had disappeared into the ether which was quite stressful as in effect I had lost it. After many emails Mango Power managed to retrieve the funds and after double checking all the details carefully refunded the monies to my bank account. I was very grateful to Mango Power for their excellent communications as what was essentially my mistake. Great service that went above and beyond. Thank You Vevina your a star.
