One must take the time to install correctly. Read caste fully the instructions prior to starting it will save heartaches. The completed project is solid, safe and looks terrific. The stairs are beautiful The stairs are beautiful. Our only complaint is that we were confused by the directions for taking measurements. This meant that instead of having an inch or so to cut to custom length we barely had any extra at all. If you're not sure how to measure you should call for explanation.

Quality products and Outstanding Service I purchased wood stair railing, newels, and knee wall with iron balusters and shoes. My product arrived early and the staining was beautiful! There was slight damage in shipping and we needed additional product mid project. They rushed me additional product at a discount and replaced the entire damaged piece. The follow up, project assistance, and service was incredible and my new staircase is stunning!
