GBGood material. Bad support. Good material. Bad support. Blame customers on oversees of their own lacks. Example #1: floating floor cannot be screwed down with posts. I needed to get a third party company to create post covers that allow for floor to be floating (gap of 1/4 inch around the post). When explained and ask to return not used cover ports, they refused because I never mentioned floating floor (blame customer for things they didn't address). Example #2: Screws are too long in most cases and don't make a solid attachment to subfloor. I had to provide my own. Example #3: Missing material that require reshipment. I had to wait for another week to be able to complete the job. I will not recommend these supplies in the future.

GBThis was an easy project working with…Deck railing project with stairs This was an easy project working with this company. Quick and helpful communication is the key. Transfer of drawings through receiving the materials went smoothly. When a couple of parts were requested the response couldn’t be faster. Always helpful on line. One must take the time to install correctly. Read caste fully the instructions prior to starting it will save heartaches. The completed project is solid, safe and looks terrific. Again it’s the communication not only in the planning but through the installation

GBQuality products and Outstanding Service I purchased wood stair railing, newels, and knee wall with iron balusters and shoes. My product arrived early and the staining was beautiful! There was slight damage in shipping and we needed additional product mid project. They rushed me additional product at a discount and replaced the entire damaged piece. The follow up, project assistance, and service was incredible and my new staircase is stunning!
