We will never use this company again for any of our flooring, tile or carpet needs. Expectations that were set did not meet actual experience. We only asked for one thing, a timely installation. Poor communications with in their organization contributed to a poor experience. Phone calls not returned, an unacceptable experience.. We will say the man who did the carpet installation did a very professional job. Our review does not impact on him. Please note according to your definitions this score is a two, I do not agree with these definitions. My score is really a 1 star in no way a 2 star. Just one thing Everything went well through installation but one thing, being charged on my account when I didn't have the product installed yet. If that was explained to me during the selling process I forgot it. Our sales woman did a great job helping us pick the right carpet for our situation. The carpet looks great and the installers did a great job.

Carpet One Floor & Home, Latham NY The salesperson in the store that we worked with (Laura) was great, but when the installers were ready to finish up, they called us to come by the house they were working in and complete the paperwork. One of the two installers immediately started complaining about the radiators in the three rooms (which if he looked at the plan grid, the radiators were clearly shown) saying that they should have been covered, but it was "too late to stop the job". The overall workmanship was and still is not what we expected from a professional and the same installer (Tom) said "it's adequate for a rental property". Um HELLO TOM, this house is NOT a rental property! I will NOT have these people back for future work.

John the former owner of Fascia Flooring offered us terrific advice in his area of expertise. The materials were delivered by Billy efficiently & with great enthusiasm. The installation of the floor by Steve and his team was done seamlessly with the utmost detail. We highly recommend Carpet One and their outstanding team of employees. Laurie & William
