Great place for carpets! Great service and product; minor issue that was resolved quickly and fully to our satisfaction. Todd and Greg were very helpful in picking out the carpets and handling the installation. The selection, quality and price was very good. The carpets look beautiful! We would definitely use Carpet One again and recommend them to our family and friends.

So-so We had three employees walk by and completely ignore us....as we stood at the reception counter. One stared right at us and kept walking, straight into his office (where he faced us, pretending he didn't see us). We were the only customers in the building. The flooring we purchased was fine, customer service sucks.

Absolutely Beautiful Install took a little longer than I thought it would on the installation date, but it was done flawlessly! Rather it takes an extra hour and looks great. And it does look fantastic! Instlers were professional and respectful, and did beautiful work. I want those same guys back when we replace the rest of our carpeting!

THE WORST Installed laminate flooring 2 yrs ago and never came back to finish the trim. I called several times and Chad finally said they would come in a couple of months when things slowed down. That never happened. My health got bad, and my floor got worse. When cancer was gone, contacted Chad again an played email tag for months. He said I should have taken care of this years ago...yes, YOU should have. He says my floor is falling apart due to animals. It's not. Subflooring was to be replace and it wasn't. He will not honor warranty. Never finished trim. DO NOT GO THERE. You'd have better luck buying flooring at a Kmart.

We purchased carpet for our master… We purchased carpet for our master bedroom three years ago. Presently this carpet is coming loose in the seems and has become flat and undesirable looking. We reached out and told for the warranty to cover it, we must have the carpets professionally cleaned every 18 months. Rental shampooers do not count or ones bought. This is ridiculous to me. We don't even wear shoes in our home. This carpet is obviously poor grade and not installed well. Bad customer service and poor product!
