We will never use this company again for any of our flooring, tile or carpet needs. Expectations that were set did not meet actual experience. We only asked for one thing, a timely installation. Poor communications with in their organization contributed to a poor experience. Phone calls not returned, an unacceptable experience.. We will say the man who did the carpet installation did a very professional job. Our review does not impact on him. Please note according to your definitions this score is a two, I do not agree with these definitions. My score is really a 1 star in no way a 2 star. Laura M was our sales rep and knew … Laura M was our sales rep and knew exactly what we needed based upon our price range and what we were looking for. The install teams for both the laminate and carpet were excellent. Frank was great also- we needed a slight repair and he was also very professioanal and excellent!

So-so We had three employees walk by and completely ignore us....as we stood at the reception counter. One stared right at us and kept walking, straight into his office (where he faced us, pretending he didn't see us). We were the only customers in the building. The flooring we purchased was fine, customer service sucks.

The floor looks good The floor looks good, the installation was good, but the installers didn't clean up the small scraps, threads, etc, and they didn't reconnect my computer. They left the floor a mess actually. For what was charged for installation, and that was a lot, I did not find this acceptable.

John the former owner of Fascia Flooring offered us terrific advice in his area of expertise. The materials were delivered by Billy efficiently & with great enthusiasm. The installation of the floor by Steve and his team was done seamlessly with the utmost detail. We highly recommend Carpet One and their outstanding team of employees. Laurie & William
