Like no other training you’ve done I have been training with Modern Athlete on the tactical team for almost a year now. Occupational fitness was a necessity and the bodybuilding workouts I had been doing for years were boring me. A buddy from the Army introduced me to Coach Brian and his Modern Athlete program and I’ve been here since. I can definitively say there is no other program out there that has training that is as intricately planned and well balanced as the modern athlete training. Brian is extremely knowledgeable, plans and updates the training every week, and is always available to talk with if questions should arise. This program will have you feeling stronger, agile, and durable in no time at all. If you are working in a career field where others lives depend on your ability to perform, then this is the training you need to be doing… period.

Coach and community at your fingertips While it is remote (from the comfort of your own home/ gym no matter what state you live in) the dynamic and community is on point! To be able to communicate with your coach, and receive feedback or see the experience that other members of your team have, helps everyone grow together. The app makes it incredibly intuitive with videos of each exercise, so there is no guesswork, but you also have flexibility to make changes to your routine if needed. Your progress and PRs are tracked, and you can share with your team to both humble and motivate you. Coaches also include mobility work into the program, which is rare to find in training routines but greatly appreciated to reduce injury! It encompasses total body fitness to ensure you can show up to use your body for whatever life demands. Awesome app, awesome program, awesome community. LFG!

Best programming available Since stopping crossfit/competitive olympic lifting around 5 years ago ive tried multiple programs. Came across MASS on instagram one day and thought the workouts looked exactly like how i love to train. I took the leap and gave the free trial a shot. Within the first 2 workout sessions i knew immediately it was indeed what i needed. The results have been amazing. Every workout is fun and challenging and leaves you extremely eager to hit the next workout and having a coach basically right there beside you really sets it off. 10/10 will recommend to anyone looking to get better.

Start Today Great Programming! Most importantly, it’s a community, maintained by having active coaches who are really responsive and involved. I’ve used multiple programs developed by experienced professionals, and even though I had good experiences with them, I’m drinking the Kool-aid Modern Athlete is serving. Results!
