GBThis is a good solid coaching program This is a good solid coaching program. I was through menopause and the weight came out of nowhere. I felt that I needed something. I was accustomed to tracking macros and light workouts so I thought I was prepared to try wfpb to see if that would be a game changer. In the beginner in was a little confusing because the information was on several different media platforms but became easier as the main info was on the ABC trainerize and Skool apps. I recommend printing the modules for the Body Blueprint, especially the recipes. I had a difficult time finding some of the main ingredients so I was feeling like time was running out and I wasn't making progress. This was expensive for me and I truly wish it was all one program instead of 16 weeks, then an offer to continue for a year. I am near the end of my 16 weeks and haven't lost weight but I have myself to blame as I couldn't make myself love plant based eating as a lifestyle. I found I love edememe, chickpea pasta, some soy based foods but overall not sure I can fully make that switch. The coaches were great, but I'm still squishy. I have great take aways and will continue to try plant based but I'm down to last week's with no weight loss. I've learned I don't do well meal prepping as we are on the go so much but I will keep tweeking my macros and maybe one day see fat loss.

GBThis program is deceiving This program is deceiving. It is claimed to be 1-1 coaching but she rarely checks in with you. I ended up gaining weight in this program so it was definitely not worth the price tag.
