GBLIFE CHANGING I’ve been vegan for years- for ethical reasons, not for my health. And my health was on a downward spiral. I joined -honestly- PCLU to get some good healthy low cal recipes. What I got was so much more! I am healthier and more energetic than I have been I. Years. I am learning how to be a healthy vegan by watching macros in addition to calories. Along with all of this I learned about how to eat better for my post menopause self and I also got a whole GROUP of coaches to help me when I need it. Yes, I have lost weight and will probably keep losing. Yep, I am developing healthy exercise habits. But I am actually happier. (Pssst: I think it’s the protein😁)

GB6 weeks and I feel like a different person I did a 6 week program that focuses on nutrition. Before starting this, I was so overwhelmed with information. I didn't know what macros were, what I was supposed to eat, how I was supposed to enjoy eating..it was all stressful! Then I worked with Sara. She was so supportive and changed my perspective on nutrition. In the time I worked with her, I lost 5lbs (very stubborn lbs). I love how supportive the PLCU community is!
